Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance team and ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of the grounds and facilities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage preventive maintenance per policy while coordinating with vendors and the Community Manager.

The role requires high school diploma or GED with OSHA/MSDS knowledge; a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with the ability to connect at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage maintenance team.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policies and safety standards.
• Assist with and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure tools and materials meet standards.
• Assist Community Manager with budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
