Job summary

NRP Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in its Killeen, TX community Station42. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate services, and ensure safety, curb appeal, and timely turnovers.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. Requires 5+ years in maintenance and CFC certification; strong computer skills and Yardi familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• At least 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and inspections; oversee nightly lighting audits.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and expense tracking; coordinate apartment turns.
• Coordinate contracted services, bids, and ensure timely payment.
