Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance of our apartment communities. You will direct preventative maintenance, oversee safety, and manage turnovers while ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance.

We value experienced professionals with strong computer skills and a background in property maintenance, including proficiency in Yardi and MS Office. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, inspections, nighttime lighting audits, and janitorial services.
• Maintain accurate records for required reporting and policy.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety.
• Schedule and coordinate apartment turns, including assistance with move outs and renovations.
• Coordinate all contracted services; solicit bids; track invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Complete service requests and turnovers per policy.
• Supervise use of equipment and tools; ensure safety compliance.
