The NRP Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance for the apartment community in San Antonio, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will coordinate repairs, safety programs, and curb appeal to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will schedule preventive work, manage inventory and vendor contracts, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections, nighttime lighting audits, and janitorial services.
• Maintain accurate records for required reporting and budget compliance.
