Qualifications

• At least 3 years of property maintenance experience, supervisory or lead tech experience is a plus.
• EPA HVAC Certification is required.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance are needed.
• Leadership mindset with great communication and team-building skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Take ownership of day-to-day maintenance of apartment homes.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours with attention to detail.
• Handle preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs.
• Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal.
• Maintain inventory and track expenses.
• Rotate on-call duties as needed.
