Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing maintenance team. You will oversee maintenance, repair and optimization of high-tech machinery, including PLC systems, lathes and robotics, while driving preventive programs and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a supervisory manufacturing setting, strong leadership and a solid grasp of electro-mechanical systems, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatics and related equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance tech, preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a maintenance team.
• Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance in manufacturing.
• Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor-level technical background is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electronic and robotic systems and coordinate external services.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
