Job summary

Ridgebrook Apartments, a property managed by LHP CAPITAL, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Knoxville, TN. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee work orders and apartment turns, and ensure safety and quality across the property.

You will guide Technicians and Custodial staff, balance planning with hands-on execution, and participate in a shared on-call rotation. Valid driver’s license and apartment maintenance experience are preferred; HVAC certs are a plus and training may be

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Shared on-call with other maintenance staff required.
• HVAC certification or related certifications (EPA) are a plus, training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for Ridgebrook Apartments.
• Manage work orders, apartment turns, and curb appeal.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff.
• Balance planning, execution, and team support.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation.
