Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 250-unit affordable housing community, Ashley Oaks, in Richmond, VA. The role involves directing the maintenance team, ensuring unit turns and service requests meet standards, and coordinating with the Community Manager on budgeting.

You will supervise staff, manage on-call rotations, and address safety concerns across building systems, grounds, and common areas. A strong focus on resident service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance/facilities with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Able to participate in emergency on-call rotation and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance staff to meet unit turn and service request standards.
• Manage scheduling and execution of all service requests for timely completion.

• Coordinate budgeting with Community Manager on maintenance expenses.
