Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 113-unit Westwood Village in Roanoke, VA, to preserve safe, affordable homes and high resident satisfaction. You will lead maintenance staff and coordinate turns, service requests, and safety inspections.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance with at least 1 year in supervision, the ability to work on-call rotations, and a collaborative, service‑minded mindset. We offer comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Able to participate in emergency on-call rotation and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff to meet unit turns and service standards.
• Manage scheduling and execution of service requests.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and address safety issues.
• Budget collaboration with Community Manager on maintenance costs.
• Coordinate on-call emergencies with Community Manager.
• Oversee common areas and grounds upkeep.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
