Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our communities. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, and ensuring compliance with current standards.

The position emphasizes timely repairs, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with inspectors. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs.
• Supervises repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner; inspects completed work for conformance to standards and policies.
