Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep for the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards and all regulations.
• Manage service requests, preventive maintenance and budget adherence.
• Supervise maintenance team and mentor staff.
• Promote safety, risk management and resident satisfaction.
