• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Carry out carpentry duties: wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, door/lock repair, tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance: siding, lighting, painting, sprinkler, elevator and more as needed.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Daily property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness and identify issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call rotations as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor maintenance team and model professional demeanor.
