Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a safety culture and apply workplace policies.
• Lead/coach skilled trades and maintenance personnel in asset management.
• Lead/coach teams in using machine monitoring tools to reduce interruptions in production flow.
• Build strong relationships with hourly team members, union, and management.
• Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, partners and customers.
• Administer the CBA consistently and effectively.
• Evaluate team member performance and drive continuous improvement.
