Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for production and facilities, guiding skilled trades and ensuring equipment uptime.

You will lead automation/controls changes, document activities in Maximo, and work with ME/PE to implement new programs and optimize tooling. Bachelor's in Electrical/Automation/Robotics and 1+ year of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Controls or Robotics Engineering.
• 1+ year of technical work experience and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or OEM tooling environment.
• Experience with automation and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise skilled trades.
• Lead automation and controls changes for process tooling and equipment; include programming and logic changes.
• Use Maximo for Maintenance to document all maintenance activities and feed maintenance planning.
• Conduct root cause analysis of downtime to prevent recurrence.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with ME/PE to launch new programs or equipment and optimize automation.
