Job summary

RADCO Companies seeks a Leasing Manager for the Andover Crabtree property in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the leasing team, oversee tours, applications, lease approvals, and move-ins, and develop marketing strategies to sustain high occupancy and revenue performance.

You will partner with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure smooth leasing processes, accurate documentation, and excellent resident relations while upholding Fair Housing compliance and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a leasing team and coordinating with property management.
• Knowledge of rent collection, delinquency management, and move-ins.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the leasing team, provide training, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Oversee daily leasing operations including tours, applications, lease approvals, and move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Monitor leasing traffic, closing ratios, and leasing performance metrics.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive properties.
