Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment. You will manage maintenance staff, set priorities, and drive Operational Excellence across Safety, Quality, People, Service and Cost.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring adherence to safety and productivity targets in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing/operations or Sherwin-Williams Development Program in Engineering.
• Preferred: 1 year in leading teams, Six Sigma/Lean training, and 3+ years as a mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and drive reliability.
• Plan daily work with vendors and internal departments.
• Lead training, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensure safe, compliant use of tools and equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost goals.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Business Management System initiatives.
