Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Maintenance Leader to direct the facility's maintenance operations and reliability programs. This role focuses on maximizing production potential while controlling costs and sustaining asset value across all site equipment and processes.

Travel is expected at 5%, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. A bonus program is available based on performance and plan terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 4+ years of maintenance work experience.
• Must have at least one year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Industrial certification or license is a plus.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations to ensure prompt and accurate response to equipment and facility maintenance needs.
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Maintain documentation as required.
• Promote safety through active participation and support of company safety policies and programs.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Review and analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operations data to determine causes of production problems.
• Conduct regular communication meetings with workforce to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Develop and implement capital projects and maintain annual maintenance operating budget.
