Link Snacks in Perry, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily installation, repair and maintenance of our facility, property, and equipment. You will lead the maintenance technicians and coordinate with production leaders.

The role requires 3+ years in equipment maintenance in manufacturing, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics, with leadership experience. Experience with CMMS and scheduling software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing, including hydraulics, pneumatics, & electronics; leadership experience.
• Associates or Technical Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Experience in meat processing and packaging plant preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and Scheduling Software.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and development and performance feedback.
• Collaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures including: LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response, and general safety practices.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Performance Management: develop and maintain high team morale and dedication to serving customers; coach, mentor, train, develop team members.
• Review, correct, and approve TM timecards in timekeeping tool.
• Responsible for KPIs related to maintenance department.
• Identify and implement Continuous Improvement projects.
• Staffing support for 24/7 manufacturing with HR involvement.
• Monitor processes for optimal performance and react to deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot abnormal conditions of equipment.
• Development of SOPs and training documentation.
• Order parts, tools, chemicals, and lubricants.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
