Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily installation, repair and maintenance of our facility, equipment and utilities. You will lead the maintenance technicians and partner with production to keep operations running smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and staffing a 24/7 plant. You’ll mentor staff, manage timecards, and drive KPIs while upholding our standards for quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing, including hydraulics, pneumatics, & electronics.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in meat processing and packaging plant.
• Experience with CMMS and Scheduling Software.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a team of maintenance technicians.
• Collaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and procedures including: LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response, and general safety practices.
• Performance Management: coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.
• Review, correct, and approve timecards to ensure accurate pay.
