Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the plant and equipment running safely and efficiently in a meat processing environment. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, document work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with site managers to plan preventive maintenance.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and preferably PLC I/O. The position offers a continuous schedule with every other weekend off and hourly pay from $23.31 to $43.01.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic trades; PLC I/O; TCP/IP.
• Prefers 2-year technical degree and meat processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunction and perform preventive maintenance.
• Enter daily work orders into CMMS and coordinate with site managers on maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and perform emergency repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety and HACCP standards.
