Job summary
North America IML Containers, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in a high‑volume plastic injection molding facility. You will guide technicians, ensure machine uptime, and enforce safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on maintenance expertise, and the ability to manage preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial technology or related field preferred.
- 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work rotating day and afternoon shifts.
- Strong safety awareness and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production.
- Oversee inspection, maintenance and repair of injection molding machines and systems.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Ensure proper staffing coverage including overtime and weekends.
- Maintain documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.
