Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an injection molding or plastics manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Six Sigma principles (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures.
• Ensure calibration of machines to maintain process tolerances.
