Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manager to lead its molding department toward safety, excellence and efficiency. You will supervise personnel, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to SQF, HACCP and GMP standards in a 24/7 plant environment.

Responsibilities include directing production, managing costs and schedules, coordinating with QA and maintenance, and delivering on corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent on‑the‑job experience with 7+ years in plastic injection molding leadership.
• Diversified background with strong technical, business and managerial skills.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, statistics and data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and related software for data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Molding department to achieve safety, quality, productivity and schedule targets.
• Direct supervisors on production volumes, costs, quality and delivery dates.
• Oversee labor, staffing, efficiency, scrap, and training within the department.
• Coordinate mold changes, maintenance, and capital projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Foster a safe, compliant, and continuously improving work environment.
