Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise the maintenance department, supporting the molding and engineering teams. You will oversee maintenance, schedule daily repairs and develop preventative plans to maximize machine utilization.

The role requires 3–5 years in injection molding maintenance, knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, and strong leadership and communication skills in English. Cleanroom PPE and lifting up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing an injection molding maintenance department
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
• Strong ability to organize, delegate and resolve conflicts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze production schedules and maximize machine utilization
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect produced parts
• Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Oversee department to ensure safe, cost-effective operations
• Oversee maintenance and schedule daily repairs
• Develop preventative maintenance, repair schedules and workflow procedures
• Partner with technicians to complete all work orders
• Oversee performance management, evaluations, and feedback
• Gather information to decide on immediate process actions
• Coach and train team members to enhance capabilities
• Comply with safety rules and the quality management system
