Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I/II in Schofield, WI to lead a maintenance team and optimize equipment uptime. You will plan weekly schedules, respond to outages, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards using CMMS and SAP.

You’ll work to develop staff through training, perform audits, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement. A strong background in industrial maintenance and NFPA 70E/OSHA certifications is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• 2 Year / associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field required.
• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety knowledge required.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance with weekly execution.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies.
• Follow Maintenance Excellence practices, policies and procedures.
• Manage maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Ensure staff training and cross-training.
• Maintain safe and organized work areas and document audits.
• Provide technical consultation on process operations.
• Complete time approvals and vacation schedules.
• Stay informed on safety technology developments.
• Lead audits for compliance and quality standards.
• Drive cross-training and skill-matrix development.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams.
