Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams on-site in Schofield, WI. You will drive daily production plans, ensure training, and collaborate with engineering to resolve shop floor challenges.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of relevant experience and 1–2 years in leadership, with a mix of associate/bachelor degrees. SAP and Excel skills are preferred, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing hourly production teams.
• Experience creating and executing production plans and schedules.
• Strong use of ERP systems (SAP) and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations and provide training and tools needed.
• Execute daily production plan and monitor variance to plan.
• Collaborate with engineering on shop floor challenges and on-time delivery.
• Conduct onboarding and training plans for new hires.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and safety.
