Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Lock Out/Tag-Out Certification.
• Experience in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance of the production facility and manage the budget.
• Oversee training and development of mechanics in safety, quality, and facility performance.
• Coach direct reports on performance and goal progress.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Address associate relations and performance issues promptly.
• Distribute PMs including lockout/tag-out sheets.
• Coordinate emergency work and attend workflow process meetings.
• Supervise hourly associates with coaching, training, and discipline as needed.
• Maintain documentation for training, safety, and job evaluations.
• Ensure 24/7 plant maintenance coverage and on-site operations.
