Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to oversee daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead a maintenance team, improve reliability, and support safety and efficiency across the plant.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager on hiring, training, and evaluating staff, while coordinating contractors and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Four or more years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical systems, automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work with written, oral or diagram forms.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance operations and adjust work procedures to support production needs.
• Lead, coach and develop maintenance team members with clear expectations.
• Partner with Maintenance Manager on hiring, training, evaluating and managing personnel.
• Supervise contractors and ensure safe completion of contracted work.
• Plan and support preventive maintenance and work orders to minimize downtime.
• Investigate failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in equipment uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
