Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in our manufacturing environment in Ripley, Tennessee. You will coordinate maintenance activities, optimize equipment uptime, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will coach a maintenance team, manage spare parts and contractors, and partner with leadership to drive reliability improvements through preventive maintenance and CMMS. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Two+ years of supervisory maintenance experience.
Four+ years industrial maintenance with electrical/automation focus.
Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
Knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all maintenance operations to support production goals.
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear expectations.
Manage repairs, parts inventory, and contractor supervision.
Plan preventive maintenance and schedule work orders to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
