Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electric, HVAC or appliance certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing per policy.
• English communication proficiency required.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to work in small teams to improve operations.
• Commitment to high level customer service and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of maintenance team members and coordination with technicians, subcontractors, and service coordinators.
• May cover duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence.
• Perform Quality Control checks for service requests and COM processes to ensure timelines and quality.
• Manage Service Order or COM coordination, including investigating resident concerns and coordinating subcontractor work.
