Qualifications

• 3+ years' Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• HVAC knowledge with troubleshooting and repair.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property grounds.
• Oversee maintenance budget and manage staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Train and supervise Service Technician and Groundskeeper.
