Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our apartment communities. You will lead a hands-on team and troubleshoot a range of systems while ensuring resident satisfaction.

We seek a self-starter with strong problem solving, budget-minded focus, and experience managing technicians. EPA and CPO certifications, plus Yardi knowledge, are strongly preferred. Join a team that values collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies within rotation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
• Maintain exterior of property for curb appeal.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Manage and train the Service Technician and Groundskeeper staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
