Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Forest Court Apartment Community in Kenton, OH. The candidate will oversee maintenance staff, ensure timely completion of work orders, and coordinate parts and services. HVAC and EPA licensing are required, with overtime availability.

Experience in multifamily properties and a valid transportation means are essential, with background screening and drug testing mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• HVAC & EPA licensed and available for overtime; CPO preferred.
• Own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Able to move heavy equipment safely; reliable transportation.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Direct other staff members and delegate assignments to complete work orders timely.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed for repairs.
• Perform wall, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
