Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Hopewell, VA. The role requires HVAC & EPA certification and a strong background in multifamily properties, with experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The successful candidate will direct staff, delegate work orders, and coordinate parts and services to ensure timely repairs. Must be available for overtime and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Maintenance experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• HVAC and EPA licensed; able to work overtime as needed.
• Must have own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing and electrical machines.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Willingness to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.

Responsibilities

• Direct other staff members and delegate assignments to ensure timely work order completion.
• Review parts and schedule services needed for resident repairs.
• Complete duties such as wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
