Job summary

AESC US LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Murfreesboro, TN to lead a multi-craft team ensuring maximum uptime of production equipment. You will schedule corrective and preventive maintenance, oversee installations, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will manage daily maintenance operations, track KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering on new equipment. A strong focus on IATF16949/ISO14001 standards and budgets is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance professionals in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and robotics maintenance.
• Ability to interpret downtime data and communicate technical trends to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Quality & Environmental standards (IATF16949/ISO14001).
• Preferred: Omron PLC programming and robotics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities (Corrective, PM, and Project-based) and track downtime with KPI reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a team of multi-craft technicians; manage attendance, performance reviews, and safety certifications.
• Interface with Section Managers to set daily priorities and standardize tasks with OPL/SOS.
• Coordinate with non-production stores (MRO) to obtain parts, track costs, and manage material for repairs within budget.
• Oversee hardware/software modifications, maintain CAD drawings, and collaborate with Engineering on new installations.
• Ensure adherence to IATF16949, ISO14001, and safety standards; identify hazards and drive zero-incident goals.
