AESC US LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Murfreesboro, TN to lead a multi-craft team ensuring maximum uptime of production equipment. You will schedule corrective and preventive maintenance, oversee installations, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
You will manage daily maintenance operations, track KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering on new equipment. A strong focus on IATF16949/ISO14001 standards and budgets is required.

AESC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a multi-craft team of skilled technicians to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production equipment. This role is a blend of hands-on technical guidance and strategic planning. You will be responsible for scheduling corrective and preventative maintenance (PM), overseeing new equipment installations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will manage daily maintenance operations, drive departmental KPIs, and ensure strict adherence to global standards (IATF16949, ISO14001) in a structured, mature operational environment.
Neither domestic nor international travel are required for this position.

The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic.
