Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Silver Spring, MD market-rate property Logic. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee preventive work, and ensure safety and quality across the community.

You will manage inventory, coordinate contractors, and assist the Community Manager with budget planning and capital improvements, while ensuring excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• At least 5+ years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by policy.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost saving opportunities.
• Coordinate contracted services, bids, and invoices.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and enforce policies.
• Respond to resident/service requests and ensure curb appeal.
• Support Community Manager with budget planning and capital projects.
