Job summary

NRP Group in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Logic, a market-rate property. Under the Community Manager, you will oversee maintenance, repairs, curb appeal, respond to service requests, and ensure safety.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a CFC certification, plus 5+ years maintaining apartment communities. Proficient in MS Office and Yardi is preferred. This role offers strong benefits and an hourly wage up to $33.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and CFC certification.
• Experience: At least 5 years maintaining apartment communities.
• Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and budget monitoring.
• Ensure curb appeal and safety compliance.
• Coordinate apartment turns and vendor contracts.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Lead safety meetings and training.
