Keller Management is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for the 5325 E Tropicana property in Las Vegas, NV. The role oversees maintenance tasks, coordinates make-readies, and ensures preventive maintenance is performed within budgeted guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property maintenance, EPA HVAC certification with a CPO, and bilingual Spanish skills. Must pass background checks and be able to work independently in a team setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in property maintenance.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• EPA HVAC certification with 2+ years experience and CPO certification.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Must be a team player with ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager.
• Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
• Perform grounds work and upkeep as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report any unusual occurrences or damages to the Property Manager.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance after business hours.
