Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in landscaping, grounds keeping, and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will inspect facilities, respond to emergencies, and keep records of maintenance tasks and safety compliance. Requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or trade certificate, a boating license, and strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical and/or Plumbing.
• Boating license required.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in landscaping/grounds keeping and maintenance.
• Perform inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies and address safety/security/business needs.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, trash pick-up, weed control, tree trimming and edging sidewalks.
• Perform cleaning on equipment and facilities and maintain records of tasks.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, vendors.
