Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property management preferred.
• Must be able to perform plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall.
• EPA certification and CPO preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
