Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property management maintenance for residential communities in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and a hands-on approach to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, and general repairs.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a proactive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn new skills. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required; EPA/CPO credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain and repair basic building systems as needed.
• Show initiative and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and interactions.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
• EPA certification and CPO preferred; experience with heat pumps beneficial.
