Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Horse Cave facility to lead a disciplined shift maintenance program ensuring safety, quality and production goals are met. You'll direct Maintenance Technicians, coordinate with production and other departments, and drive continuous improvement while complying with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance Degree or equivalent preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years SAP knowledge and experience preferred.
• P Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives and 480-volt electrical knowledge preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Positive leadership and problem-solving mentality.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain industrial truck and lift operating certification and comply with safety standards.
• Regular on-time attendance as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift maintenance for production machinery and utilities to meet safety and quality goals.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate with production and other departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company policies.
