Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance degree or technical certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of SAP knowledge and experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Program Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, 480-volt electrical knowledge preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food-related industry.
• Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
• Positive leadership and problem-solving mentality.
• Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift maintenance activities and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production targets; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Help manage maintenance budget and reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan equipment changes and maintenance.”
