Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals.
• Must lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts.
• Follow safety and food safety standards (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
• Keep records of work and issues identified.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts
• Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards
• Keep records of work completed and issues identified
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring
