Job summary

EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hotel maintenance operations in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role requires supervising maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating preventive upkeep for guest areas and facilities.

The position is full-time with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes benefits such as PTO, health plans, retirement match, and other employee perks offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in maintenance supervision.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments.
• Ability to lift, grasp and carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to ~25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
• Operate electrical testing instruments.
• Perform duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance activities and team members.
• Respond to beeper communication and attend to on-site issues.
• Assist in maintaining facilities at Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown and AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift, grasp and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 25 feet.
• Ability to perform duties in confined spaces.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling.
• Hearing ability to respond to beeper communication.
• Visual ability in order to identify and locate existing problem.
• Must have prior experience in maintenance supervision.
