Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in planning and directing the engineering department’s daily operations.

The role involves supervising technicians, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring OSHA/GHS and fire code compliance while aligning with HOA and audit standards. Candidate must have strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage costs and vendor relations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand

Formación

• 3 years of related work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ years in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing knowledge and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with guests and corporate personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist engineering leadership with management of the engineering department and vendor operations.
• Provide direction and supervision to Engineering Technicians for daily operations.
• Ensure the engineering department meets Internal, Quality, and Loss Prevention Audit standards.
• Collaborate with HR and department leadership to follow all compliance and workplace standards.
• Support and implement resort management strategic initiatives and programs.
