Job summary

Holiday Inn St. Augustine - World Golf is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for day-to-day upkeep of the hotel.

You will oversee building systems, ensure safety for guests, associates, and vendors, and coordinate with the maintenance team to uphold compliance and preventive programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, preventative maintenance, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Building/Fire/Health codes.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing techniques.

Job description

This position is responsible for leading the day to day maintenance and up keep of our hotel.

• Assistance with the supervision of all related systems and the building to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
• Work with maintenance department to ensure compliance, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.
• Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.

The ideal candidate will need to possess strong leadership and problem solving skills and should have some knowledge in HVAC systems management, electrical engineering and plumbing techniques.
