Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in directing the maintenance department at our Nashville properties. You will supervise Engineering Technicians, perform safety inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GHS, and fire codes while optimizing operations and costs.

You will partner with HR and leadership, manage vendor relations, receive bids, and uphold quality and audit standards to protect guest experience and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical and plumbing certifications preferred.
• CPR and CPO or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA and EPA certifications required/advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Engineering Technicians and support engineering leadership.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA/GHS compliance.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and bid processes.
• Support audit standards and loss prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and department leadership on standards.
