Redstone Residential in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep of a multi-family community, sustain curb appeal, and ensure timely resident maintenance responses.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance/HVAC, strong customer service, lifting 75 lbs, and ability to work 8–10 hour shifts; offers competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with up to 6% match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience (maintenance, plumbing, electrical).
• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Property management experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and building exteriors.
• Assist with repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Prepare apartments for new residents before move-in.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies per policies.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting/exceeding expectations.
